What we do
We supply parts for Caterpillar diesel engines — marine, plant and industrial — from Ipswich in the United Kingdom, and we dispatch worldwide.
Everything we sell is either genuine or remanufactured by the manufacturer itself, bought through authorised distributor channels. We do not supply pattern or copy parts, and we do not pass one off as the other: every part on this site says which it is.

What we are not
Three things worth saying plainly
We are not a dealer. We are an independent distributor: not owned by, acting for, or authorised by any manufacturer. Naming a brand here tells you what a part fits, nothing more.
We do not hold stock. These parts fail at random, so nothing sensibly sits on a shelf. Every order is bought in when you place it, which is why we give you a lead time rather than a stock position.
You cannot buy from this site. The basket is a quotation basket. Everything reaches a person before it reaches an invoice.
How it works
- 1You send a part number, or the engine and what has failed.
- 2We price it and come back to you with a lead time.
- 3If you go ahead, we buy the part in and confirm the date.
- 4We dispatch it and send you tracking.

Who you deal with
A named person handles your enquiry and stays with it. On WhatsApp an automated assistant takes your details down first so nothing is lost, and then that person replies — every reply says who it is from.
